OUR PURPOSE
At WLF, we are committed to driving transformative solutions that address critical issues on both local and global scales. We focus on creating sustainable progress by leveraging the expertise and influence of our global network of leaders.
OUR APPROACH
We operate through a network of specialized Directorates, each concentrating on key areas such as economic development, environmental sustainability, health, and education. These Directorates are led by Global Directors who design and implement targeted programs to address sector-specific needs.
OUR TEAM
- Founder & Global Chairperson: The visionary leader guiding our strategic direction and global initiatives.
- Global Head of Directorates: Expert overseeing our various sectors and ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Global Sector Directors: Sector-specific leaders driving initiatives and programs, working to achieve impactful outcomes.
- Country Directors: Develop and implement national strategies, manage resources, and represent WLF at national forums while assembling a team of leaders to support and execute national initiatives.
- Regional Directors: Oversee District and City Directors, lead regional initiatives, manage resources, and develop a team of leaders to support WLF’s goals within the region.
- State/UT Directors: Oversee District Directors, lead statewide campaigns, and develop partnerships while providing the required number of leaders and driving initiatives with their members.
- District Directors: Supervise City Directors, manage resources, and ensure effective district-wide impact by providing necessary leaders and leading initiatives alongside their teams.
- City Directors: Engage with local communities, oversee program implementation, collaborate with authorities, and ensure a team of local leaders to drive initiatives effectively.
WLF AWARDS
DIADEM AWARD: “Directors Inspiring Action, Defining Excellence, and Motivation” Award
Purpose:
This award is given to the Most Promising Director of the Year, acknowledging their outstanding performance, exceptional contributions, and transformational leadership.

Purpose:
This award recognizes the Most Active Directorate of the Year, honoring the collective efforts and accomplishments of the team under a specific Directorate.
Award Criteria:

- Exceptional teamwork and leadership by the Directorate.
- Contributions that have positively impacted the organization’s mission and goals.
FLARE AWARD: “Flourishing Leaders Achieving Remarkable Engagement” Award
Purpose:
This award honors the Most Active Leader/Director of the Year, highlighting their exceptional involvement, initiative, and contributions to the organization’s growth.

LUMIN AWARD: “Leaders Uniting Members & Inspiring Networks” Award
Purpose:
This award recognizes the Director, who has contributed the most to expanding the organization’s membership base during the year. It celebrates exceptional leadership in recruitment and network building.
Award Criteria:
- Highest number of members nominated in the year.
- Consistent efforts in fostering a sense of community among new members.
- Demonstrated leadership in promoting organizational values through recruitment.
VISION AWARD: “Valuable Initiatives Shaping Innovation & Outstanding New-ways” Award
Purpose:
