Founder & Chairperson
– Visionary Leadership: Define and uphold the overall vision and mission of WLF.
– Global Representation: Serve as the primary representative of WLF at the highest levels of international discourse.
– Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with global leaders, organizations, and policymakers.
– Decision-Making: Make final decisions on WLF’s global strategies and major initiatives.
– Advisory Role: Provide guidance and support to all levels of the organization, particularly in critical decision-making scenarios.
Global Head of Directorates
– Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage all Global Directors across various sectors, ensuring consistency and alignment with WLF’s mission.
– Policy Formulation: Contribute to the formulation of global policies that guide WLF’s operations worldwide.
– Cross-Sector Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among different directorates to address cross-cutting issues.
– Leadership Development: Mentor and develop future leaders within the WLF structure, ensuring strong leadership succession.
– Global Advocacy: Represent WLF in global advocacy efforts, focusing on the foundation’s core objectives.
Global Sector Directors
– Global Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for WLF’s operations worldwide.
– Global Campaigns: Design and implement global campaigns that address critical issues within their sector.
– Policy Influence: Influence global policy by participating in international forums and advocating for WLF’s mission.
– Coordination Across Countries: Ensure that country-level operations align with WLF’s global vision and strategies.
– Global Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Founder & Global Chairperson on global initiatives, challenges, and achievements.
– Innovation & Expansion: Identify new opportunities for WLF’s expansion into new regions and the adoption of innovative practices.
GLOBAL LEADERS
- Develop global partnerships to enhance WLF’s reach and influence.
- Participate in high-level planning and decision-making to ensure alignment with global objectives.
- Drive large-scale initiatives that can be adapted for various regions.
- Mentor and support Global Sector Directors to promote cohesion across levels.
Country Directors
– National Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for nationwide campaigns and initiatives.
– National Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with national organizations, government bodies, and international agencies.
– Supervision: Oversee the activities of State Directors and ensure that all state operations align with national objectives.
– Representation: Represent your Directorate at national forums, conferences, and events.
– Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the impact of WLF programs across the country, making adjustments as necessary.
COUNTRY LEADERS
- Tailor national initiatives to meet country-specific needs and foster national projects.
- Build relationships with national organizations and stakeholders to support WLF’s mission.
- Oversee national campaigns and events that align with WLF goals.
- Encourage Country Directors to actively engage in country-level activities.
Regional Directors
– Regional Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies for the region that align with WLF’s global mission and objectives.
– Coordination of State, City and District Directors: Oversee and support State, City and District Directors, ensuring their activities align with regional and global goals.
– Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, businesses, and community organizations within the region.
– Program Implementation and Oversight: Oversee the execution of WLF programs and initiatives within the region, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes.
– Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze data from various cities and districts, and prepare comprehensive reports for the Country Director.
– Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies and legislation at the regional level that support WLF’s mission and objectives.
– Event Organization: Plan and coordinate regional events, workshops, and campaigns that align with WLF’s goals.
– Collaboration Across Regions: Work closely with other Regional Directors to share best practices, coordinate regional efforts, and align strategies with global objectives.
– Innovation and Improvement: Encourage and implement innovative practices to enhance the effectiveness of regional programs and operations.
REGIONAL LEADERS
- Implement national strategies across their designated regions, ensuring local adaptation.
- Organize regional training and workshops to strengthen member skills.
- Support Country Leaders in achieving goals aligned with regional priorities.
- Establish networks with local influencers and partners to advance regional projects.
State/ UT Directors
– Oversight of District & City Directors: Manage and oversee District & City Directors to ensure the successful implementation of WLF’s initiatives across the state.
– Statewide Campaigns: Design and lead statewide campaigns and programs in alignment with national and global strategies.
– Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies and legislation at the state level that align with WLF’s mission.
– Partnership Development: Develop partnerships with state-level organizations, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders.
STATE/ UT MEMBERS
- Manage state-level projects and initiatives that align with both regional and national goals.
- Facilitate outreach and awareness activities to promote WLF’s presence statewide.
- Collaborate with District Leaders to identify and address key issues in the state.
- Host forums or gatherings to foster collaboration among state-level members.
District Directors
– Coordination of City Directors: Supervise and support City Directors within the district, ensuring the alignment of their activities with WLF’s goals.
– Resource Allocation: Manage resources and ensure they are effectively distributed across cities.
– Networking: Establish connections with influential figures and organizations within the district to strengthen WLF’s impact.
– Guidance: Provide guidance to City Directors to enhance their effectiveness.
DISTRICT MEMBERS
- Execute initiatives within their district and ensure community engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments to align district projects with community priorities.
- Partner with State Members to organize local events and outreach efforts.
- Gather feedback from city-level activities and report findings to enhance impact.
City Directors
– Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to understand their needs and challenges.
– Implementation of Programs: Oversee the implementation of WLF initiatives and programs within the city.
– Collaboration with Local Authorities: Work with local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders to advocate for change and promote WLF’s vision.
– Event Organization: Organize city-level events, workshops, and awareness campaigns related to the sector they represent.
– Reporting: Provide regular reports to the District/ City Director on progress, challenges, and impact.
– Nomination of City Leaders: Identify and nominate suitable individuals to assist in city-level operations.
CITY MEMBERS
Associate Leaders
- Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of WLF’s programs, campaigns, and initiatives at their respective level, on a voluntary basis.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities and organizations to understand their needs and promote WLF’s mission, contributing freely.
- Event Assistance: Help organize and execute events, workshops, and outreach activities organized by WLF, as a volunteer.
- Advocacy: Support advocacy efforts by promoting WLF’s goals and initiatives within their networks and communities, voluntarily.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key organizations and potential partners to support WLF’s mission, in a voluntary capacity.
- Ethical Conduct: Adhere to WLF’s code of conduct and ethical standards in all interactions and activities, as an Associate Leader.
- Commitment: Engage in their role with a commitment to WLF’s mission and values, contributing positively to the organization’s goals.
- Nomination of Leaders: Actively nominate individuals of good reputation and credibility to join WLF, helping to expand the organization’s network and impact.
