About the Initiative
The Free Global Career Coaching Program is a flagship initiative by Moumita Chakraborty, Founder – Chairperson of World Leaders Foundation (WLF), aimed at empowering youth across the world with career clarity, leadership mindset, and sectoral skills focusing into tourism & hospitality to thrive in a purpose-driven future.
This 3-month virtual coaching journey brings together industry experts, visionary leaders, global mentors, coaches & professors who guide the youth through transformative sessions every week. It is designed to bridge the gap between ambition and action, especially in today’s fast-changing global economy.
The program nurtures the foundational skills and forward-thinking mindset required in the sectors of Tourism, Hospitality, Education, and Entrepreneurship—with a strong focus on ethical leadership, social impact, and career resilience.
Program Structure:
- Format: Online Classes
- Language: English
- Duration: 3 Months (October – December 2025)
- Frequency: Every Sunday | 1 Hour Session
Access: Only registered participants will receive access to the live/recorded sessions as opted during the registration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 years and above
- Location: Open to all nationalities across the globe
- Background: Students, aspiring professionals, early career individuals, and anyone eager to learn
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to follow and participate in English-based sessions
- Technology: Access to a stable internet connection and a device to join Zoom/Google Meet classes

About the Online Program:
The Global Career Coaching Program for Youth is a purpose-driven, international coaching initiative.
This 3-month free educational initiative brings together expert educators, entrepreneurs, professors, career mentors, and leaders from across the world to guide and inspire the next generation of leaders.

This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between aspiration and direction, especially in the fields of: Tourism & Hospitality, Education, Leadership, Entrepreneurship
Our goal is to help the youth across the globe explore purposeful career paths, develop leadership traits, and gain industry knowledge — absolutely free.
Program Format & Structure
- Duration: 3 Months
- Dates: Every Sunday from October 5 to December 28, 2025
- Number of Sessions: 13 Sundays | 13 Expert-led Masterclasses on different topics related to the subjects
- Time: 1-hour session every Sunday (7:00 PM, IST or equivalent to your respective time zone)
- Mode: Online (Google Meet / Zoom)
- Language: English
- Recordings: Provided to registered participants only (If opted in the registration form)
- Each Sunday, participants will attend a unique session delivered by a WLF Career Coach on specific topics based on the subjects.
About WLF Career Coaches
WLF Career Coaches are renowned professionals, including:
Entrepreneurs, Assistant Professors & Academic Experts, Career Coaches, Leadership Mentors Global Thought Leaders.
Each WLF Career Coach would volunteer one hour of their time to share their personal and professional journey, deliver insights on specific career topics, and guide students with real-world advice.
